Friendly staff, clean room, the excellent location made my 2-night stay a delightful experience, with easy access to the city center just a 15-minute walk away.

Just a suitable option for strolling in Birmingham with best value. The breakfast was self-service, but no one told me that at first. Arrive early to avoid rush hours.

The Hyatt Regency Birmingham features elegant décor, bright common areas, and easy access throughout the hotel, making it very comfortable for seniors like me. The views of the canal from my room added a lovely touch to the experience.

Better sound insulation for rooms would be appreciated.

The bed was extremely comfy, but the bath/shower knob did not work at all.

It was a great fit for a brief pause in Birmingham with good value for money. The room had nice views and was clean, which made it pleasant to stay. Make sure to ask for clear instructions on how to operate the air conditioning.

The spa was absolutely delightful! A perfect getaway for relaxation. The room was nice but the sound insulation was poor, which made it a bit noisy at night. Overall enjoyed our stay! 😌

The King Room was really nice. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, a laptop safe, and a tea/coffee maker. The fitness center and spa facilities were awesome with an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Had a relaxing massage and used the sauna too. Really enjoyed the great views of the canal from the room.

Family with children perfect getaway!

Honestly, the service was top notch. A lovely gentleman opened the door for us & directed us to reception where we were welcomed with a glass of wine, that’s how to start a stay right. The bed was beyond comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, which is crucial after a long day out.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

the hyatt was a lovely place for our anniversary. the room was clean, and the king size bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed the self-serve breakfast. it had a fantastic variety for everyone! the spa was gorgeous too, such a relaxing atmosphere.

Great access to nearby attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The fitness center offered decent equipment, perfect for keeping up with workouts during my stay.

Room needed some updating, especially the bathroom, which featured an outdated shower setup that lacked flexibility. Air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool and was surprisingly noisy, which could disrupt your sleep. The pool area felt cramped, making it challenging for more than a couple of swimmers. Given the hefty price tag, I expected better maintenance of amenities like the gym and the overall cleanliness when I checked in.

We had a fantastic family stay and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the spa followed by a refreshing swim in the heated pool. The warm atmosphere and the well-equipped room made us feel right at home. The parking situation could be better, so I'd recommend arriving early for a space! 😊
