I loved incredibly polite and attentive employees!

The location was fantastic and ideal for visiting bars and cafes near the hotel. It was set near a theater and a cathedral.

It had prime location with access to Convention nearby.

The rooms were air-conditioned, top quality.

Good location next door to a vast arena. And adjacent to roadworks on the Broad Street side for the foreseeable future, So close to the Arena, and the markets, there where at least four sites spread around the city centre.

Units with a view.

The room is spotless and fine, comes with Panoramic view, comfy beds, for example. Attentive and efficient staff here at reception desk. Would stay here again for a weekend.

Large room, nice view, desk, good mattress. Tea maker is available.

The room is very large and very well equipped. Beautiful view.

Staff at breakfast was not very friendly.

Great location near the center and the ICC Convention Center. Large rooms with good equipment. Very friendly staff. Fast check-in and check-out.

There are two things I would criticize. I could not regulate the air conditioner and thus, unfortunately, it was quite in the room and the bath. Elevators were out of order and the rest were overloaded, which resulted in longer waiting times.

The reserved taxi was unfortunately not reserved.

Unfortunately windows can be opened at all (not even tilted).

Friendly staff, clean room, the excellent location made my 2-night stay a good experience, with easy access to the city center just a 15-minute walk away.
